Review RateWorst design ever! This is the worst-designed hummingbird feeder ever! First, the base and the ports are the wrong color to attract hummingbirds. The ports are a pale pink and the base is more brown than red. When I put it out, the hummingbirds couldn't find it. So I tried painting the ports red. Still couldn't find it. Then I painted the base red. That worked--they find it easily now. However, the opening of the jar is very small and it sits in the liquid and does not drain down into the base unless I tip it to let the air bubble come up and the liquid drain down. So the birds drink it down as far as they can reach and then it just sits there in the jar and doesn't refill the base unless I go out and tip it again. I have lots of birds all day long, but only if I run out several times a day to tend to it. I will be replacing this feeder.Response From Perky-Pet®Patty : Consumer Relations RepresentativeWe appreciate the time taken to provide this feedback and apologize for the experience. Our product team always looks for possible product improvements and consumer suggestions are helpful. The nectar should flow down into the base without having to break the vacuum. This feeder is covered by a one year replacement warranty. Please contact our Consumer Relations Team at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973) for additional assistance.
Review RatePretty but. . . . .Love the look of this feeder, but found the opening to fill too small and found the connection between feeder and base tenuous at best.Response From Perky-Pet®Patty : Consumer Relations RepresentativeWe appreciate this valuable feedback and apologize for the experience. The base and bottle should thread smoothly and firmly to make a solid connection.
We'd like to learn more about this and provide assistance. Please give our Consumer Relations Team a call at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973).
Review RateGreat feeder for the gardenI bought this for my Mom to add to her garden. It was a great addition- she loves it!
Review RateWire Cage too Small to Fit properlyHi - There is a manufacturing defect somewhere along the line. The circular ring at the top of the wire housing was too small for the glass to fit into properly making it impossible to fill the feeder and screw on the base. We had to use wire cutters so that we could stretch it out to fit. Not a complaint, because I love this feeder and it's my second one...just a suggestion to make sure the product works as intended.Response From Perky-Pet®Michael : Consumer Relations RepresentativeThank you for providing this valuable feedback. At Perky-Pet®, our aim is for all of our customers to be pleased with their purchases. We will be sharing this suggestion with our Product Managers. We apologize for this experience and are happy to provide assistance.

Review RateOur favorite hummingbird feederWe had purchased one of these from a local pet store a few years ago and have really enjoyed watching the "hummers". Well the raccons also enjoyed the sweet treat and one morning we woke to find they had pulled it down breaking the glass container.
We ordered a new one from birdfeeders and the service and care was great.
I guess I just love the design of the jeweled glass nectar container as well as the metal and other design elements, it just fits into our yardscape great.
I also love the perches.
The racoons were at it again so we have had to start bringing the feeder in at night ;^)
No complaints from the hummers though, they love it!
Review RateNot very happy with the productI bought one of these this past spring and the plastic flowers keep coming off. @ of them are gone have no idea where they went. We live in Montana and the wind is brutal sometimes, thinking the wind took them, however if a gust of wind can blow the flower feeders off they arn't worth my money, It's pretty ,but thats about it.Response From Perky-Pet®Kelly : Consumer Relations RepresentativeHello,
This occurrence with the flowers coming off of the feeder is very unusual and we apologize. We appreciate this feedback and have been shared it with our Product Managers.
