Review RateAmazon ReviewI love it but more importantly, the hummingbirds do too. It's well made, attractive and the right size for my small garden. Easy to fill and clean.
Review RateAmazon ReviewAfter doing a lot of research we settled on this feeder. We ordered 2 so that we would qualify for free shipping. We received them in 2 days, and there very attractive [the photograph doesn't do the feeder justice] and were packaged well for protection. My wife and I are quite picky so for us to be so pleased it means the feeders are a good deal. I believe they would make good gifts to people who take pride in their yards. We'll separate the feeders a good distance so no one bird can bully the others from getting some sugar water. One will go in a planter outside my office window so I can watch the birds feed. We would have given them 5 stars except for the fact that several reviewers stated the painted on flowers wear off quickly. We're going to paint over the flowers with a small brush and clear polyurethane and see if that doesn't prolong the designs.
Review RateAmazon ReviewGot this for my sister-in-law for Christmas and haven't heard anything bad about it. It was on her amazon wish list, and I ordered straight from there.
Review RateReview Posted on Amazon.comI love hummingbirds and I wanted a product that would last so I brought this item and when I received it I love it but I left it outside during the winter and it broke from frost and the cold. I might purchase another one, I have not decided yet, I just have to remember to bring it in during the winter season.

Hummingbird Feeders - FAQs
Q: What criteria should I use when selecting a hummingbird feeder?
A: Make sure it is one that will be easy to clean and fill, especially since you will need to clean the feeder every few days. If you are worried about bees and wasps or ants invading the feeder, purchase a hummingbird feeder with bee guards, such as the Perky-Pet® model #203CP or ant guards, Perky-Pet® model #242.
Q: How do I clean my hummingbird feeders?
A: Hummingbird feeders need to be cleaned every 1-2 weeks. Use hot water and a bottle brush, along with mild soap; be sure to rinse thoroughly. The Perky-Pet® cleaning mop is specifically designed for the purpose of cleaning hummingbird feeders, and is very convenient to use. This cleaning mop can also be used on seed feeders and oriole feeders for those small, tight spaces that are difficult to reach.
Q: What is the importance of providing water for hummingbirds?
A: Hummingbirds need fresh, clean water just as much as they need nectar. Hummingbirds stay healthy by using water not just for drinking, but also bathing, cleaning their feathers and to remove parasites. Waterers are better options than bird baths because they provide hummingbirds with fresh, clean water that prevents dirt and debris from contaminating it. In hotter climates or seasons, providing water for hummingbirds makes it easy for them to have access to a water source and retain their energy.
