Red Powder Hummingbird Nectar Concentrate 8 oz Bag is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 8.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect Mix at Affordable Price I am a return customer for "Perfect Pet Hummingbird Instant Nectar Concentrate". I have several feeders that I keep filled for the birds in our area. The mix is easily stored and mixed as needed. I have tried to purchase concentrate product at local stores but find that the prices are usually more expensive and sold in smaller quantities. Perky Pet has the best value and quality, in my opinion, than any other source that I have found.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perky Hummingbirds The hummingbirds adore perky pet nectar. It's easy to prepare the proper measurement using a baby bottle because the ounces are marked and easy to read. To prevent ants from invading the nectar, I have to coat the garden hook with petroleum jelly each time the feeder is refilled.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hummers are happy Compared to other mixes on the market, this one is economical and stores well if not used all at once. Hummers enjoying the food, and I, the hummers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Add an Extra kick to their cocktail with a half cup to one cup of sugar Add an extra kick to their cocktail with a half cup to one cup of regular sugar. Warm the water to dissolve sugar stir it in, add Nectar Powder. Give them sometime to sample then pull up a chair and watch the feeding frenzy. Told my neighbors about the cocktail mix and tweets traveled fast among the hummingbirds, it has attracted all types of hummingbird species. I will continue to purchase, I have no choice, if the feeder is empty they will gang up and fly around the patio until it’s refilled.

How often does instant nectar need to be changed in feeder

Hummingbird feeders should be cleaned on a weekly basis. We recommend cleaning more frequently in hot and humid temperatures.
