Perky-Pet® Pinch-Waist Plastic Hummingbird Feeder with Free Nectar

Bright colors attract hummingbirds and this feeder has enough bright red to attract hummingbirds from near and far! The Perky-Pet® Pinch Waist Plastic Hummingbird Feeder promises hours of enjoyment as you watch the hummingbirds happily sip nectar and dart about.

8-Ounce Capacity & 4 Feeding Stations - Holding up to 8 ounces of nectar, this hummingbird feeder features a red plastic bottle with a pinched waist and a wide mouth for easy filling and cleaning. The feeder's design also includes four flower-shaped feeding stations, each with a resting perch and a built-in bee guard to protect the nectar supply. The feeder also comes with a built-in ant moat on the top (simply fill with water to keep ants away).

Easy to Clean - Keep the feeder clean and filled with fresh nectar to ensure return visits from satisfied hummingbirds. In addition to its wide mouth opening, this hummingbird feeder's base and ports come apart to ensure convenient access and thorough cleaning. The bee guards also snap open, making washing the feeder easier. We recommend cleaning the hummingbird feeder at least twice a week, more often in very warm climates or seasons.

This feeder comes with a free 1.3 oz packet of instant nectar concentrate, which makes the perfect amount of nectar to fill this feeder.

Just the right size By bbcool
I bought 10 ea and arrived in no time. Great looking, just the perfect size. BUT, I put 2 in use right away and they both leaked. Tried to stop the leaks by resealing, cleaning etc. Put the rest in use and ALL leaked! Some more than others out of the feeding holes. Not recommend. Perky-Pet were very, very nice about my situation, thank you Louisa, will buy from this company again.

worst feeder ever By rhonda321
Worst feeder ever! I bought one of these last year and it leaked right as soon as I filled it up. I thought it was a defective feeder, so I tossed and just used the old one that I had. So this year I went out and bought another one and it leaked as soon as I filled it. I am throwing it away too and using my old one again. I really wanted one with a bee guard but if it leaks all over my deck the bees and the ants will love that. I will keep looking for one with a bee guard that doesn't leak but that's a lot of wasted money.

Don\'t work By Jim M
I bought the 6 pack and when I filled them and hung them up they "all" leaked. I refilled them several times. All continued to leak! Threw them in the trash. Not happy at all. No stars!

Please contact our Consumer Relations Team directly at 1-855-PERKYPET (1-855-737-5973). We would like the chance to learn more about this experience.

With the bottle tight and secure on the base, this feeder should contain the nectar without leaking. We apologize that this was not your experience and we look forward to the opportunity to work with you to make this right.

Birds love it By judijudi0
This was a replacement for a clear feeder. Almost before I had it up on the stand the birds were flocking (?) to it.

Like some featurezs By Lous
But don't like the red plastic because here in the south we have tendency for mildew to form at the top of the solution, and it was hard to detect through the red plastic. I like the wide mouth for cleaning but the design allows too much fluid to flow to the base and it leaks out on to the ground. Returning them for another style

Q&A
Q.How do you stop bees from entering the feeder? The birds won't feed from it.
A.

The yellow domed bee guards are designed to prevent bees from gaining access to the nectar. If bees are still crowding this feeder, we would recommend temporarily removing the feeder from the area for a few days and rehanging it in a slightly different location.

Q.How tall is this feeder?
A.

This feeder is approximately 8.25" H.
