Perky-Pet® Ready to Use Nectar is rated 3.1429 out of 5 by 35.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Bright Hummingbird Nectar 64 ounces of hummingbird nectar that does not need to be diluted. It has typical bright red coloring. Have not really noticed a difference in the hummingbird's preference for this nectar compared to others. Container has two cut out grips in the back that make it easy to pour. Wide mouth bottle and might need funnel to fill certain types of feeders. No refrigeration required.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Hummingbirds love it and its easy to use. We don't get a lot of hummingbirds around here but we do have a couple of resident pairs that come to our feeder every year. It was a little late in the season to start using it but they took to it easily as did our resident orioles that seem to think they should feed on the hummingbird feeder instead of their own. It is a lot easier to use the premixed product instead of having to mix up a batch and having to store any extra in the refrigerator. Plan on using it in the spring when they return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use, no brainer We are lucky, where we live there are hummingbirds, lots of them. This is the one product that draws them every time. I used a mix that a wild bird store had suggested, and while I had a few hummers visit, it isn't like Perky-Pet where I had hummers the very next day. This is so easy to use, premixed, just pour in to a hummingbird feeder and hang. Then enjoy!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Convenient We had birds visiting quite regularly when I filled my feeder with this product earlier in the season (August) when birds were plentiful. Hummingbirds like red, so the color helps. It is a bit pricey, however, compared to the home-made variety. Never the less, it is very handy to have something ready to go and not have to boil and brew your own, so I recommend this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saves a lot of time This Nectar saves a lot of time and a sticky mess, as I no longer have to boil sugar water in the kitchen. That became a mess when it got spilled, but this is easy to use, and it works as well as any home-made nectar. The humming birds love it. As long as it is reasonably priced I will continue to use this product. I recommend it, especially if you hate the time it takes to make your own nectar.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sweet! Hate mixing sugar water? This is for you! Ready to use, no mixing formula. Birds love it. Can reuse the bottle to make your own mixes as well. It's high quality container. The nectar attracts birds and keeps them coming. It is not thick. Nice fluidity to it. Does get stick of the feeder drips but that's normal. Easy to clean off. Great value. Compare to the hassle of mixing sugar and water and adding dye and it's much easier to buy ready made.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Birds didn't go for it Maybe it's because it's too late in the season (the birds have definitely dwindled in number out here in the mountain west; I think some of them have started their southern migration), and they are too used to the regular sugar water that I've been feeding them all season, but they did not like this nectar. One taste and away they went. I will try again next spring and start off with it, rather than beginning with sugar water. But I'm rather doubtful as I tried a tiny sip of it and you can taste the citric acid/sodium/potassium component. Not surprised they would be put off by this compared to pure sugar water<-- I immediately switched back to that, and the one or two birds still hanging around were appreciative, feeding for a long time.
