We are sorry to learn you are having a difficult time attracting birds to your Avant® Garden Sun Catcher Hummingbird Feeder (model S05HB). Hummingbirds are creatures of habit and it can take a while for them to find a newly placed feeder. Try removing your already established feeders and replacing them with your Sun Catcher Feeder. Once the hummingbirds start feeding from your new feeder the original feeders can be put back in to place.

I ordered the sun catcher hummingbird feeder for Father's Day and had it shipped to my father's house. I filled in the special section to leave a message with the gift and checked the appropriate box. When my father received the gift my message was not enclosed. Wondering who had sent it he called the company for more information. The operator told him it was a complimentary gift from the company for a promotion. I was blown away that the company would take credit for a gift from a paying customer...major fail on the customer service end, first for not enclosing my message and second for taking the credit for the gift. We are very sorry to learn about this experience! From time to time we will run a promotion similar to what is described however this is clearly not the case in this instance. This issue has been escalated. Each of our call center representatives has been informed how to locate gift greetings so this does not happen again.
