Great product but didn't keep out the squirrels.I think the feeders are awesome but they are NOT squirrel proof. The squirrels we have just hang upside down from the top and eat all the seed they want. I need one that squirrels can't get into.

Worked until squirrels figured out how to trip itI received one for Christmas. I was so excited no more squirrels. However, nine months later the squirrels learned how to trip the spring so they can eat freely. So sad! Didn't want to feed the squirrels.

Perky-Pet Squirrel-Be-Gone bird feederI bought this feeder because of its looks, and because it was "squirrel proof". Well, it is a cute bird feeder, but forget about keeping the squirrels out. Also, metal is not your friend in Florida (or anywhere else I assume if it is outside) -- it will rust. I gave this about three coats of Rust Protection on the outside, and it still rusts. There is no way to keep something from rusting when it is outside all the time.
